    Terroir

    Situated in a valley to the north of Ribeauvillé, in a place called "Trottacker" (Le Champ du Pressoir), the vines are at an altitude of about 250 m and are south-facing. They are perfectly adapted to a deep, stony soil formed on dolomitic limestone substrates.

    A wine that can be drunk young, but will also age well for 5-10 years.
