The Cellar

Vinification begins in the vineyards before continuing in the cellar and is characterized by the care taken for each given movement at each given moment. Vincent Sipp chooses his grapes from the best terroirs, attributing his wines a clean and direct character, allowing for an exclusive disclosure of aromas!

Whether referring to the estate’s varietal wines or the three great grand crus, there is an undeniable search for balance and consistency allowing to offer a large range of wines divulging both their character and powerful aroma. The Agapé Estate is ecologically-aware, duly respecting the environment and guaranteed by the Tyflo Association, using the OILB principles (International Organization for Biological Control).
