Alsace Gewurztraminer AOC
Situated in a valley to the north of Ribeauvillé, in a place called "Trottacker" (Le Champ du Pressoir), the vines are at an altitude of about 250 m and are south-facing. They are perfectly adapted to a deep, stony soil formed on dolomitic limestone substrates.
A wine that can be drunk young, but will also age well for 5-10 years.

Very bright golden yellow colour. An intense and complex nose of exotic fruits. Powerful in the mouth with spicy notes. Rich texture and complex finish.
On the nose, the wine combines purity (characteristic of this terroir) with spicy and candied notes of very ripe fruit. On the palate, we find these aspects, with an imposing structure.
Aromatic and greedy bouquet.
The structure is powerful and elegant with a very balanced finish.
